Problem: In order to create the most customer-centric experience, salespersons must be familiar with common diagnoses resulting in wheelchair placement. Oftentimes, the details of common diagnoses can be filled with medical jargon and difficult to retain information.
Solution: Redesign existing curriculum documents with text-heavy content into materials that can be used for both instructor led facilitation as well as an eLearning self-paced course, resulting in sustainable on-the-job knowledge retention and application.
Design Challenge: Translate medical jargon into approachable content with supplemental visual aids to create a visually engaging learning tool that can be utilized to inform customer needs and best sales decisions.
