Empowering Employees through Education

Overview: This project involved the creation of an engaging and informative video using Vyond to officially introduce Majesco's Enterprise and Partner Education Team to the broader company. The video served as an introduction to the team's function, role, and their internal learning partners. This was the first initiative in a series aimed at building a consistent and effective communication strategy for team updates and news about employee training initiatives.

Problem: The challenge was to create awareness and understanding of the Education team’s functions within the business, fostering better internal collaboration and engagement.

Solution: A thoughtfully-crafted video that introduces the Majesco Enterprise and Partner Education Team to the company, highlighting who the team is and their primary objectives and functions, an explanation of how they collaborate with other stakeholders in the company, and how the team supports and enhances overall company performance through education and training initiatives.

Design Challenge: The key design challenges included crafting a message that effectively introduced the team and their role without overwhelming the audience. The message needed to be straightforward and easy to understand and also set a standard for future communication initiatives.
